How will you dispatch my order?
We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of dispatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The time taken for the product to be delivered has been mentioned for each of the product under all categories. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.
How do I track my order?
Once the order ships a tracking number will be sent to you automatically in a confirmation email from us, including the expected delivery time for your reference. You can log in to your account, under ‘my orders’ you can track your shipment by clicking on airway bill no under ‘Track shipment’ or open the order form. You can also contact or visit the carrier website to track your package.

How do I check the status of my order?
On receiving your order, Ammara Fashion will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. Subsequently you can check the status of your order online by logging in to your account, under ‘My Orders’ you can check against the order no for an update. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us on email@example.com regarding queries related to your orders and Ammarafashion will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
The shipping charges are determined by the weight of the product and the country it is being shipped to. Both these details are provided against each product for all categories.
Can we pay in any other currency besides Indian Rupees (INR)?
No matter from which part of the world (except India) you place an order at www.ammarafashion.com, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to INR price of the item ordered. Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item. INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to Ammarafashion. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client’s credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. Ammarafashion has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).
Can I return an item?
Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Benzer outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customer’s ability to support Ammara Fashion’s “no return no exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. Kindly be informed that Adarsh will not be able to refund any online sales at www.ammarafashion.com under any circumstances. Ammara Fashion firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered. Ammara trusts and has faith in its customers for making its online venture successful so that every year Ammara can deliver and probably exceed customer’s expectations and beyond.

Ammara believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on www.ammarafashion.com. It is Adarsh’s policy to never send / share private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, Ammara recommends that you adopt this practice in all your Internet activities. Ammarafashion can only accept orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Can I order outfits from benzerworld.com that are not on the website?
Yes. Ammara has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience. We understand that you as a customer may have different requirements such as
- 1. You may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at benzerworld.com, or
- 2. You may wish to modify the design (Embroidery, Pattern, Fabric) of a showcased outfit at benzerworld.com, e.g. you may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse, or
- 3.You have a specific occasion coming up and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste. All of the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order. Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:
- a. Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are also to provide.
- b. Based on your requirement, Ammara’s Design team will select or design the appropriate outfits / accessory / jewelry that are in tune with your expectation
- c. You will receive a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with the price (If Possible, we will attach digital images of the same)
- d. After mutual confirmation on price and design, AmmaraFashion will send you an email with your unique custom bag link
- e. This link will take you directly to a custom bag wherein you can see all the items that you requested.
- f. You can then complete the personalized purchase online using your credit card
- g. Voila! Your very own personalized outfit (or accessory / jewelry) will arrive at your doorstep in the specified time duration
- h. It is as simple as that. All you have to do is send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take to get my outfit?
Any order placed with us will only be processed after the measurements have been received and on approval of any special requirements requested. If a standard size has been chosen we will process your order straight away and if in stock we will dispatch it straight away, any out of stock product will require 10-15 days. If any product has to be customized, then it can take up to 35 – 40 days depending on the nature of the customization.
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. The time for your item(s) to travel from our store to your destination. This would depend on the shipping method chosen, as the international express delivery may take up to 5 days and international economy up to 10 days. We only use trusted shipping partners such as DHL and Fedex.
Shipping within India may take up to 5-8 working days depending on the location. No matter where you ordering from you can ship your items within India for free.
Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the status of order online.
